The leash is built with NeoPro™ rubber overlay that protects the underlying polyester making it extremely weather-proof and super easy to clean. The rubber skull is made from Melissa s 100% cruelty-free, vegan rubber and has the iconic bubblegum fragrance. The buckle has a 4 point locking system and the harness can be fully adjusted to fit your dog s body.
